I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at West Monroe (Dallas, TX) in Mar 2019
Interview
The interview process was very refreshing and thoughtful - everybody was very friendly, welcoming, and transparent throughout the process.
My interview process consisted of:
1. 1:1 phone screen w/ recruiter:
o Mainly discussed potential role, expectations, and fit
o This was a very transparent and honest 2-way conversation to make sure everything was aligned
> My recruiter was very helpful/professional/honest during the interview and made it enjoyable.
2. 1:1 phone interview w/ senior manager in practice:
o Phone interview assessing fit with practice
o Interview consisted of talking about experience and leadership, as well as mutual alignment for project work (i.e. - I had the right skills/background to help deliver + grow the practice + West Monroe offered what I wanted
> My phone interview was very conversational and pleasant. Again, our conversation was very transparent and 2-way.
3. In-office, "super day" w/ 5 interviews:
o 1st interview w/ office senior leader - very conversational and enjoyable
o 2nd interview was behavioral - pleasant and assessed fit
o 3rd interview was behavioral/experience - conversational and about past experience to assess personality
o 4th interview was a case study - aligned with what my target role; even though I was not 100% familiar w/ all aspects - the interviewer made it very approachable (i.e. - did not get the vibe of a 'high pressure/high stakes' situation)
o 5th interview was a technical screen - aligned well with my interviewer so we had a great time talking through our different experiences
The post-interview process was also very pleasant because the recruiter + the interviewers provided strong support/follow-up to make sure that: i) I was always in the loop, and ii) I did not have outstanding questions.
Overall - my interviews with West Monroe was a great experience and reflective of the company's values.

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at West Monroe
Interview
The process included six interviews which included a case study, behavioral interview, skills interview and an informal conversation with a director. I would say that the interview process began pretty good but the final stages were not that great. Preparing for the interviews is a huge time commitment so if you are not offered the role, they could at least provide some sort of feedback on how they came to their decision as it could be really helpful for candidates in the future.
Very Friendly interviewer who took time to chat with me and ask me relevant questions about the role and my background. I am having to add more information here just to review the company information to do some research. Glassdoor is ridiculous in this that it will not allow you to get past this screen to look at the information you are researching

Interview
Two phone screening interviews to begin. This was followed by a full day of interviews with five team members of different levels of seniority. Finally, a case study where I had one hour to prepare and then present my proposal.
