The people were very nice. I felt very comfortable taking to them. The case was pretty interesting. It was better than just the normal market analysis case interview that is given by most consulting firms. They put a hard emphasis on caring more about your logic than if you arrived at a right answer.

What is a difficulty that you faced and how did you overcome it?
I'm a mechanical engineering major who applied to the 2026 Utilities Consulting Role. After doing more research, I found out it was definitely more business-focused than engineering-focused, so I struggled a bit to answer the why questions. Still figured it was worth a shot, though.

First there was a Human Resources Screening Interview. Then there was a Behavioral interview, Then 3 Back-to-Back Interviews that were 2 behavioral interviews (1:1) and one case. They got back to me very quickly after the final round.
I simply had an online interview. I had as much time as I wanted to think about the question and then my answer had to be no more than two minutes long.
