I applied online. I interviewed at West Shore Home (Denver, CO)
Interview
They were thorough and asked great questions. They gave me a good and realistic idea of what the job would entail. I had two interviews total first was a phone call and then in person
I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at West Shore Home (Lexington-Fayette, KY) in Jan 2023
Interview
Took an online test before the interview process. Met with the Sales Manager and discussed position details along with my work history. The interview went very well and they even told me I would be a great candidate and excel in the position. I was then asked to share a little information about myself such as hobbies and such. When I mistakenly informed them that I was a mother to an 8-year-old child, I was told that this job would not work for me with a young child. When I questioned if anyone on staff had younger children, I was told, not when they started here. I felt penalized for being a mother but they were adamant.

Question 1
Don't tell them you have young kids if you want the job.
I applied in-person. I interviewed at West Shore Home (Orlando, FL) in Dec 2021
Interview
I felt like I was hired without ever really knowing what was going on. I did an assessment then interviewed with John (one of the managers). The interview with him went like this, “this is just a conversation, if you can volley back and fourth then you’ll probably be hired.” Then I got an email a week or so later asking me to do a drug screen. After that I was sent some stuff to review on their pay app followed by starting orientation and training a few weeks later.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
There were no “questions” but a “conversation in which if I could hold it then “I’d probably be hired.”
