I applied online. I interviewed at Western Alliance Bank (San Diego, CA) in Jul 2017
Interview
After submitting an online application, had a phone screening interview. After the phone interview I was invited to meet with the managing team and the HR representative. Phone interview was very basic, asked about previous jobs and salary. The second interview with the management team was very informational, management spoke about the position and requirements, third interview with HR really focused on career related questions.
