I applied for a Maintenance tech position but was turned down due to lack of experience and was recommended for the aluminum operator position. I initially came in and spoke with the HR and did a screening interview. Then came back for a second interview with the Manager for the position. The interview felt great but was turned down. It seems like they expect individuals with crazy amounts of experience or and qualifications to apply for these positions. To this day they still have openings because their hiring process is Nit Picky. In reality if you don’t have any relevant experience to anything other than general labor don’t bother.
