Western Industries interview questions

Asked questions about previous jobs, then next day came in for physical test and urine sample . Physical is a grip test, stairclimb for 8 rounds, flip cubes, hold and stop grip for 5 min. 25 squats with box, arms in air for 5min heart rate after each thing...I failed the flip test which is 3rd out of 10 but made me complete all 10.so I did not get the job for production. They offered pack out job $2 less
