Western Kentucky University interview questions

The initial review was fast. They only asked me a couple questions. 2 rounds of interviewing. It was awkward after giving my answer…they would just stare. By the end of the interview

Was asked to do a Zoom screening interview and then an in-person second round. General interview questions surrounding how I would advise students and what kind of worker I was. Upon working in the office, it’s obvious that they only hire based on a certain type of person, it doesn’t matter how qualified you are or how well you answer questions.
