Interview
For and entry/mid level position, I had 3 interviews and a ‘test’. The first interview was with the manager of the position and ran for over and hour and a half past 5:30pm. I had to stop it short do to an appointment. The second interview again was over and hour. I was then asked to do a specific function on excel that is teachable. The third interview was than presenting that function and interviewing with the CFO. Far excessive for a position of that level and salary range (less than $50,000)

Phone interview, one on one with hiring manager, then group. They talked a great deal about the bank very little about the fine points of the job. Reviewed the core values and gave you this business card as they discussed it, that was interesting.

Basic questions they tried selling the bank more than asking questions - after working here I can see why.

Submitted my resume via email to the hiring manager. I received an email for an interview. Went in for the interview. Had to take a background check and credit check. Was offered the position within a week.
