Interview
Applied for the position. Took over a month before they reached out to me for an interview (I had an employee referral as well). Went in for the interview with 2 people where they read a list of about 8 pre-prepared questions from a piece of paper. They asked me a couple questions about my resume after that. Asked me if I had any questions but cut me off after a couple and said thanks for coming in. Whole process took less than 30 minutes. They told me they would let me know something in 2 weeks. One month later they sent me an email telling me I didn't get the job. The entire experience was exceedingly slow, except for the interview where I felt they were just rushing to get through it.

There were two interviewers, very polite and professional. Interview last about 1 hour. It was divided in two parts, first - we went through CV, I was asked about my professional skills, priorities, there were some behavioral questions. Second part consisted of practical task and finally I was able to ask questions about the company and the position.
