Recruiter initiated the contact via LinkedIn and had an opportunity to review my resume. The discussion was loosely focused on the most common interview questions such as strengths, career plans. The recruiter didn't ask behavioral questions.

The recruiter asked about nicotine use, received an answer (former smoker) and then stated they test for nicotine and use the test result in the hiring decision.
