I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Western & Southern Life (Parkersburg, WV)
Interview
Contacted online, proceeded to phone interview, then went to three in person interviews. One-on-one with the manager at the local branch, went through the company values, what it meant to me, and where I'd like to be. Once I made it through the interviews, I was asked to study for the state licensing exams and offered a job upon completion of those.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
I was asked to come up with 100 people I know that I'd be willing to talk to about their financial arrangements. They wanted 10 before I started and then others during training.

Interview
I got cold called a day after applying, got directed to fill out a logic quiz, then they never responded, not even to reject my application. Despite being a university graduate, the interviewer had lots of questions about what I did in high school.
Easy and really informative very straight forward but also long. They also kind of sell you a fake dream though and are not straight forward on salary. It is an okay interview process but again difficult and not really straight forward.

Interview
I liked it. Very smooth and they were very clear about what is expected of you. They told me that it was very demanding and wasn’t going to be easy. From the gate, it’s selling selling selling.
