Applied online. TH emailed a series of questions below, then had a zoom interview which I thought went well and was told they'd be in touch next week for next steps. Immediately after the call I receive a 'Not Selected' email from Indeed. I reached out to TH interviewer and was assured they just put the position 'on hold' from getting any more applicants and I was not rejected. After following up the next week, I was rejected.

What is your comfort level on a scale of 1-10, where 1 means very uncomfortable, and 10 means very comfortable, with the idea of having an unevenly distributed workload? There may be some days where you don’t have many tasks, and on other days you may have many competing tasks. What is your comfort level on a scale of 1-10, where 1 means very uncomfortable, and 10 means very comfortable, with needing to be available for support on weekends? Please provide an example of an email you would send a potential business partner to request a time for a meeting between them & Westlake’s CEO.
