I applied online. I interviewed at WeyMedia (Toronto, ON) in Mar 2024
Interview
There were 5 rounds of interviews, including a take-home test, and it took 6 months because the business wouldn't move forward without the owner's approval (and the owner took vacations during this period).
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at WeyMedia (Dieppe, NB)
Interview
The process is disrespectful to potential employees because the process itself takes over a month and a massive amount of take-home assignments, personality tests, math tests, excel spreadsheet tests, etc. All of your time is wasted in the end if they don't like you. The HR person is fine, as is the other manager. But the husband-wife CEO are completely checked out during the interview, are unfriendly and cold, have a super inflated opinion of their achievements, and seem to be difficult tpeople to work with. Reading some of the reviews of this company, I guess it's good that I am not working there now, especially considering the poor compensation and benefits.
Don't waste your time here.

What is the Square Root of 64 and a question about how many credit card points you'll earn. Basic math, they will give you time and you can use pen and paper.

Interview
Not very personable at the owner level whereby there was 2 individu for the interview. Many steps but also there different information presented not matching the previous meeting or the written posting online. Long pause a few times. But manager and recruitment agent level ok. They asked nice questions and can be normal dialoging.
