Was brought in two different occasions for different IT project manager roles, was told I was just edged out by another candidate. Recruiter asked me to apply for a 3rd PM role, and when I asked what made me stand out for this role when I had been turned down for two similar, I was ghosted.

Interview
Weyerhaeuser is a very structured company so it was a very strait forward interview process. There were some standard questions from both individuals and in group settings. I would say they were quite comprehensive and behavior based sets of questions.
