I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Whatagraph (Barcelona) in Apr 2025
Interview
I was asked to record an introductory video to check my communication and English skills. I was not selected but the recruiter gave me a rude feedback. She said that I wasn't matching their search, which is understandable so far, but then she told me that I didn't have enough experience for the role at the moment.
I have way more years of experience than what they were asking for, I'm proficient in all the budgets they require for their search, and I have a very decent and well-designed portfolio.
The judgment seemed extra, unnecessary and mean. It was based on a 1 minute and 30-sec video and I never had the opportunity to talk about my design process or experience.
