Whatagraph interview questions

I was asked to record an introductory video to check my communication and English skills. I was not selected but the recruiter gave me a rude feedback. She said that I wasn't matching their search, which is understandable so far, but then she told me that I didn't have enough experience for the role at the moment. I have way more years of experience than what they were asking for, I'm proficient in all the budgets they require for their search, and I have a very decent and well-designed portfolio. The judgment seemed extra, unnecessary and mean. It was based on a 1 minute and 30-sec video and I never had the opportunity to talk about my design process or experience.

Meeting with HR, second with VP of Sales. Not so complicated but didn't align with my way of business, just too sales like in the US and I prefer more passive selling
