I applied online in July, recruiter reached out to schedule some time with me, I was invited to a first interview and it went well, conversation happened naturally between the Manager of Support and I. I was then asked to speak with someone in Trust and Safety, then case study, conversation with the hiring manager to go over the case study and behavioral questions and my final interview was with a Software Engineer. User experience, agent experience, knowledge capture, making/selling your idea and then a technical interview is what felt like the steps which I can agree made good rounds to get a good candidate for this specific role which isn’t all too common. I was extended an offer in Mid/End of September.
The only area of improvement I could point out is the recruiter keeping up with you while there’s wait time because they’re interviewing other candidates or so.
