This interview was laid back. There was a HR portion followed by rapid fire technical questions. Very professional and caring. Took the time to get to know. Took about 2.5 hours to complete.

Interview
An email was sent out and allowing me to pick a day and time that worked. The actual interview was a one hour long teams video call. The interviewer spent the first 15 minutes covering benefits of working there.

If the captain descended below minimum‘s on an ILS approach what would you do?
It was a very relaxed interview. She was very friendly and made the interview just feel like a conversation. Study up ifr regs and procedures and you’ll be fine. Highly recommend!
