Extremely laid back. I was asked basic questions. They wanted to know my availability and how i'd react in certain situations. The questions only required common sense to answer. They do this because the turnover rate is very high. Also it's a very multicultural facility and many staff members are less fluent in english. The interview was honestly less than 30 minutes
