It was an easy interview over the phone. The company’s products were described, and I was asked about having a background in photography, although it is not a requirement. Much of the interview revolved around me and what I was most interested in within the production side of the company.

They just tell you about the job, like the pay and what the business does, and confirm your interest and availability. They direct you to the youtube channel to see the job, and send you an offer to either accept or decline.
