The interview consisted of about 8 attorneys at a roundtable. Other candidates were scheduled the same day so you would see your competition. You are first invited to speak about your experience and at some point asked why you wish to leave your current employment and join them.

Two zoom interviews. First one consisted of business chair and corporate finance chair. Second interview consisted of two partners. The first interview was very informal but the second one was more formal with the standard interview questions
