Three months after my online application, and one month after the screening call with Whitehat HR, I was invited to interview with the hiring manager via Zoom (videoconferencing). The hiring manager did not show up. I received no reply from either the hiring manager or interview facilitator to my email letting them know I'd dialled in but been stood up. The interview form that had to be completed was also very intrusive, and required salary information from my previous three roles (along with the more customary reference information). I understand that there were obviously other candidates ahead of me in the interview process, but - really? Pretty disappointing experience all round and did not leave me with a positive impression of Whitehat Security at all.
