Applied and then got a message saying I was a poor fit but that they would speak to me anyway. Which was bizarre...but I went with it Interviewer (Head of People and Culture) was visibly unfriendly, cold and distant. Like she didn't like me from the outset. Interview went well enough I thought despite the above. My preferred work culture was, she said, exactly how they like to work. This all felt promising. Few days later I was rejected by email saying "poor fit" using a cut-and-paste of the wording used in her original email. I asked for specifics on where I fell down, and was told that they don't give out feedback to all candidates. I am not all candidates. I am one that they interviewed. Overall one of the worst interview experiences I have had. Dodged a bullet there I think.
