Met with three different current employees. All were extremely helpful and fair. Met with a APM, VP, and a regional VP. Last interview was a little intimidating but he was a great interviewer. Study up on the company history and projects prior.

Interview
Smooth overall. Group interview with a PE and two PM's. Asked a little bit about my experience. Mostly explained what they did as a company. Everyone was very relaxed and it was an upbeat environment.

Question 1
If I was heavily invested in the construction management side.
Screening interview followed by a phone interview then they paid for me to travel out to the office and complete several interviews from team members and the VP. They paid for a hotel, dinner, and team lunch.
In person all day. Come in speak to various people who ask different questions. Then go out with team on site visits. Very nice people. Spoke to manager at the end.
