Wholesome Goods interview questions

Phone screen, tour, follow up interview and then a “design assessment” which is just designing something with their existing brands. Basically unpaid work, which draws the line for me. Friendly people, but quite generic and stale interviewing process. Took about a month.

It was very enjoyable! Most interviews are awkward and scripted but this one felt genuine and authentic. Like they actually cared about my answers and there wasn't a "right" or "wrong" answer. I was able to open up and share my experiences in my career and personal life.
