I withdrew my candidacy before the loop. The loop consisted of five people so it's a big time commitment. As a result, I reached out to recruiter to ask for the salary range so that we can be aligned and do not waste the panel's time or mine. However recruiter refused to share. I was very surprised as in this day and age most companies are committed to transparency and this is a very normal practice to share range. But recruiter would not at all. So, I withdrew because that is not the type of culture I would want to be part of where recruiters keep critical information in order to put candidates at a disadvantage.
