Two-interview process: one with the advertising director and one with the same director and the publisher. For the second interview, they claimed they could only meet during a specific half-hour window of time, and then the publisher showed up 25 minutes late. Ad director was pleasant, but claimed he'd advised me of some job aspects in the first interview when he hadn't; publisher was very unenthusiastic, contradicted everything the ad director had said in the prior interview, and left the meeting without so much as a goodbye. In all, they came across as very disorganized and in disagreement regarding the parameters of the position. I won't go into all the negative aspects of the meeting, but suffice to say that it was one of the most demoralizing interviews I've ever attended.
