You will meet with human resources and they will have you complete a 1990s application that you have to manually complete. The application is then forwarded to the hiring manager and you are interviewed and videotaped without your consent which is against the law. If you are doing a teams meeting and taping it, you must obtain consent. The sales team appears to be a revolving door with no strategic plan given to a candidate to be successful.
