The whole process is very long and would comprise 5 stages: talking to recruiter, then hiring manager, a technical interview, head of area and a final cultural fit interview. There was no technical test required.
Almost everyone was very friendly, with laid-back conversations about the position challenges and perks.
Late stages started to be more business/culture fit heavy, and less about the position technical requirements and the contributions needed for the team.
