It was a very easy process, company seems to be in growth mode with opportunity to move up. I feel that if you are dedicated and flexible the interview will go well.
Was semi laid back. Asked for a lot of specific examples- time you failed, time you succeeded, learnin experience. nothing too overwhelming. Seem to need ISRs so maybe they are being more laid back than normal.
