The interview process was like any other. Lots of questions about experience, job history, and education. The more you know about yourself and being able to describe your experiences, the better off you’ll be.

Question 1
Describe your job history and the experiences you had that would apply to Williams.
Pretty straight forward, had a phone screen and then an interview with multiple managers, not very technical but be prepared to answer questions based on your experiences listed on your resume.
Standard HR meeting then interviewed by hiring managers. After that, at tour of the facility takes place then a closing meeting with HR. The people are friendly and take the interview process serious.
