I'm sorry you didn't enjoy the video interview. It is a very important part of our interview process with the next steps being phone calls with our team and visits to our office. I think it is unfortunate that you imply we use this tool to discriminate as nothing could be further from the truth. We use it to evaluate a candidates skill set, communication skills and overall enthusiasm for the position. We have a lot of people applying for a many positions and it is just not possible for us to talk to everyone. The video interview allows us to consider a much larger number of people for our positions than we would be able to otherwise. Best of luck finding the opportunity you are looking for.
