There were four rounds of interviews. First, a quick 15-minute get-to-know-you with the in-house recruiter. Second, a 45-minute with a senior team member. Then, another 45 minutes with the team manager. Finally, I was asked to create and present a test presentation. Overall, the first three interviews were pretty standard. I was provided an information packet and the ability to meet with team members to ask any questions. I felt that the packet should have had a few more specifics/guides to what they were looking for in the presentation as I didn't have someone to bounce concepts off of as I worked. It was also originally stated that the presentation should be a max of 10 slides, but, after meeting with the team members, I was told to ignore that guideline and present on as much as I could.
