I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Wilson Diamonds
Interview
The interview was with the owner first, and then another with one of the managers and another floor rep. It was unlike any interview I've had and I walked out of it not knowing at all if I had done well or poor. Mostly just because the questions weren't standard, "Tell me how you've resolved conflict in the workplace" crap.

Question 1
If you came to a red light and nobody was around, would you go through it?

Interview
It was unconventional. The owner will ask you a lot of personality questions and how-do-you-think questions. If he sees promise, he'll have you come back and do a mock sale for some of the management and senior sales. You'll need to know your product very well and be able to persuade them to believe that it's better quality, your store has better warranties, whatever. Show comparative advantage.
