Interview was over the phone. With Covid and interviewing many people it was the safest way to conduct the process of weeding out unqualified candidates. Once offered job it was contingent on passing background and drug test. Quick easy and painless

10 question interview very easy very quick. I believe I did my application online. I was interviewed by the store manager. I had to wait to hear back from anyone because of all of the people that interviewed and applied.
