Applied via Indeed online, invited for a 30 minute interview at the Blackburn site. Everyone I came in contact with was extremely friendly and welcoming. Upon completion of the F2F interview I completed a written task (15 minutes) found more difficult.
Quick process from application to interview, and it was mostly about being flexible and ability to follow processes and procedures. Other than that no difficult questions are relatively common interview questions
Very easy questions not hard at all,few questions about experience, where I have worked before, and for how long, what position I hold there ,if I can do heavy work
