Interview
Had an interview with HR and Conroller. Went very smooth and although the controller seemed very serious and cold, she is a very nice lady. I got the job offer later that day and it was a nice and team-oriented work environment. They do not breathe down your neck and let you work at your pace. They are looking for young people with lots of energy to work for them.

About a 10 question test (extremely easy) about some accounting terms. if you watch a prep video on accounting you will do just fine.

Interview
I got interviewed through an agency. The agency interviewed me first via phone interview, and I then met the controller and HR coordinator in person for an interview, and there was a written accounting test. Then I had a second interview with the CEO which was nice. They are looking for a personality fit more than anything.
