Windsor Circle interview questions

The Interview was divided into two parts. First part is with the team manager and the sales director, since they make the hiring decision, majority of the time will spent in part one. Most of the questions and interactions really just to test if you have the ability to talk and a likable person. Second part is with two team members from the Sales Development Team and one person from the Account Executive Team. This part is pretty short, but more just to see if you are likable enough to fit with the team that you will be working with on a daily bases.
