Thank you for your feedback. We send multiple emails to arrange an interview. Once we have received the communication, we follow-up with a calendar invite. We conduct numerous interviews a week, and never fail to respond to conduct an interview in which the individual confirmed the interview and we responded indicating the interview had been schedule.d.
We would be happy to discuss this with you in detail. However, we can assure you that if the interview was not held, one of two things occurred. We did not receive a timely response to the request to conduct the interview. Second, we attempted to complete the interview, and when we called the applicant was not available. In this case, a follow-up email was sent indicating we attempted to call.
Finally, because we value professionalism, it is out practice not to reschedule no call no show interviews. Confirming an interview via phone and failing to be available, leaves a lasting impression that illustrates how the individual will treat future employment. Emergencies happen, but as with any company, it would be the responsibility of the applicant to email timely asking to be rescheduled.
We value professionalism and the time of our applicants. We do not practice and have never practiced confirming interviews and then not conducting the interview.
