Wings Over interview questions

I sat down with the kitchen manager in the lobby at a table. He looked at my resume and asked me how school was going, and then when I could start and how many shifts per week. They were desperate, but I took the job anyways. Pay wasn't discussed, I figured this would be negotiated when I signed something, but nope, first day minimum wage.

Manager asks for your availability and pretty much hire right on the spot on the day you hand in an application. Not much to the hiring process. No background check, pretty much anybody with a vehicle can be hired.
