I applied in-person. I interviewed at Wings Plus (Birmingham, AL)
Interview
Pretty much standard interviewing process the owner was very professional and made me feel at ease. We worked out a schedule that turned out to be perfect for me, he went over The employee handbook and made sure I understood it fully and then he made me a delicious plate of the honey barbecue wings and Cajun ranch fries. It was delicious!

Very easy. There was a sign up that they were hiring, walked in and asked about it. Owner was there, asked about availability, transportation, and was hired then and there.
