Interview
After having applied at probably over 100 jobs online, I walked into Winn Dixie with my resume and asked to speak to the hiring manager. 5 minutes later I was invited into her office, we spoke for about 10 minutes and I was offered a job.
It went really well! Everyone was super friendly! They really want to get to know you and how’d you play a role here at the company. It made me feel seen and very welcomed.
