I interviewed at Wisconsin Housing and Economic Development Authority
Positive experience
Easy interview
Application
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Wisconsin Housing and Economic Development Authority in Jan 2022
Interview
I applied through an agent, very simple interview process, I was scheduled within a week after submitting the application, Zoom interview , there were three persons in the interview, including the CIO
Overall, it was a negative interview process. Very awkward. The intervewers did not make me feel comfortable. I was asked to create a 5 minute presentation as an introduction to my job skills. I did the presentation and did not get any questions, no feedback. Just silence. OK, move on to the next question and it was more of the same. The CIO was multitasking the whole time and did not look up from his laptop even once or ask a single question. I was also asked some diversity and inclusion questions which I was not sure what had to do with me being able to perform the duties of the job. Lastly, I waited several weeks for a response from WHEDA for them to tell me I did not get the position.
