      I interviewed at Within

      Interview

One of the recruiters reached out to set up a phone screen. Then I had a technical phone screen. The interviewer did not actually seem to know all the answers, or he was "testing" me. A few times, I gave the right answer, and he said no and repeated the same thing. Twice, he was telling me that the runtime I gave for a particular problem was wrong, and I went along with it because I was nervous and assumed I had forgotten my stuff. I looked back after the interview and realized I was right about the runtimes. It was a Skype interview, and the interviewer looked pretty serious the whole time. I'm not sure how I felt about the whole process, because the questions were easy but it felt like the interviewer was looking for very specific answers. They didn't reach out to me for over a week, and I had to reach out to check if I was rejected -__-
