Interview
One of the people doing the interviews was very friendly and welcoming. The other one mostly just watched and didn't say much. Pretty standard interview. They started to ask me the kind of interview questions that google says are the most common, but I gave really awful answers and they, justifiably, got a bit exasperated with me! There were also several specific questions about my drafting skills.
