I went through three interviews at Woflow and had great conversations during each one. I was genuinely excited about the role. However, the communication process was slow and inconsistent. After the first interview, I waited two weeks for a response. After the second interview, I had to follow up four times to get any update. After the third interview, I followed up several times but never received a response. The lack of closure and communication was disappointing, especially after such positive initial interview experiences.
