Very fair. Questions relating to position applied for. I had already been doing the job of Meals Delivery, this new position involves admin. It was made clear how my experience would be beneficial to the job applied for. Friendly, informal.

Interviewed by personnel and potential manager. Judged highly against person specification and job role. Asked to write a letter prior to interview. Interview was relaxed, was a q&a, no presentation required, mix between past and previous experience. Friendly, no room to negotate on salary or benefits, open to training but only with relevance to job role
