I was really excited to interview for this position! The wage seemed fair, it was fully remote, the company had good benefits, and I really liked the hiring manager! I got to the 2nd round and 1 interviewer who had only been at the company for a few months completely ruined the experience! They spent 30 of 60 minutes dissecting my resume bottom to top, and demanded to know what year I graduated high school and also describe my high school experience....creepy. How is relevant to what I could do for your company? The other interviewer was very nice but proceeded to ask me situational questions which could have been an online assessment instead when applying. The entire process was just shy of 4 weeks. HR did keep in good contact. I am just disappointed it took a turn for the worse.
