Several phases of interviews: Phase 1 - application; submit an application online Phase 2 - interview at school campus or in office; two people interviewed me (one HR and one partner) Phase 3 - Social at office; wine and cheese event where you socialize with staff to try and land some connections

the interview was pretty short, about 25 to 30 minutes, with one hiring manager and one accounting manager. Most questions were asked by the hiring manager. No difficult questions. Mostly behavioral. Overall, positive interview esperience.
