      Interview

First round was a recorded video interview where you had to record your answers. Nothing too wild. Second round was with the Head of CRM and some CRM Manager and it was one of the most awkward interviews I had. The CRM Manager barely spoke proper English and I had a hard time understanding him. They started to asked me lots of analytical questions about statistical significance and about work that wasn't even clearly described in the job posting. As I didn't expect the job to be so analytical, I got a rejection. Now I see that they just re-posted the same role but changed the requirements, e.g. instead of 1-2 years of experience now it states 4 years - for a CRM Manager role that's way too much. They clearly should have thought about who they want first instead of wasting everyone's time!!
