      Difficult interview

      Application

The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Wolverine Trading in Feb 2012

      Interview

The interviewer was very informative and straight forward. The 1st interview was all technical questions such as probability and statistics based questions. Didn't get a second call, but considering it was my first phone interview out of college, it was a good learning experience.

      Question 1

The payout for rolling a di is one dollar. Give me a bid ask spread for how much you would pay to play the game.

      Interview

Phone interview than in person with senior traders and partners. Mathematical questions. You’re definitely interviewed based on your priority, skills and diligence. Pretty basic but have questions but be ready.

      Question 1

Hire would you prioritize multiple things at once?

      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Wolverine Trading

      Interview

Interview process went fairly smoothly, had two zoom interviews about an hour each over the course of two weeks. Then about the third week I came in for an in person interview. They didn't seem to be too organized. Met with about five different people that day and was there about two hours. Everything seemed promising but then was told that they could get back to me within the month. Why put me through all these interviews and meet in person if you take so long to make a hiring decision? Waste of my time and other recruiters and companies move at a much faster pace. Had two other job offers by the time they actually contacted me back to let me know it was a no-go and I didn't get the job.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

Standard interview questions, very time consuming and repetitive questions from multiple people.
